Refunds, Exchanges & Returns
We want you to feel completely confident shopping with us. That’s why we offer exchanges and refunds for products that arrive defective or incorrect.
All our products are covered for manufacturing defects. If you receive a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please follow these steps:

Contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos showing the issue (defect or wrong item). 
 Note: Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

We will review your request within 2 business days. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer you the following options: 
 • A full refund
 • A replacement of the original item
 • A different item of equal value
 • A store credit/coupon for future purchases
Important: We do not offer size exchanges. All size information is listed in centimeters on each product page to help you choose accurately.
As per consumer protection regulations, we are not required to accept returns based on a change of mind (e.g. color, size, or model dissatisfaction). Returns are only accepted if a product is defective.
