If your order hasn’t arrived by then, we recommend checking with your local postal carrier. If they don’t have the package, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with our suppliers.
If a logistics issue is confirmed, we will issue a full refund immediately after verification.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address provided. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your package may be held at your local post office. Storage fees may apply if not picked up within 7 calendar days. These fees vary based on package size and weight.
